EARLY STAGE

Elizabeth Svarstad (Baroque dance) Love-Dans
Magical, touching and revolting. This is how the Norwegian specialist in Baroque dances Elizabeth Svarstad's solo performance was described by the local press. Inspired by 18th century aesthetics as well as contemporary, in ”Love-Dance” she explores people's relationship to the law (”lov” in Norwegian), in the sense of order and chaos.

The 25 minutes-long dance show is framed by instrumentally perfomred Baroque dances by the cellist Mime Yamahiro Brinkman and harpsichordist Gunnhild Tønder. Choreography: Anne Grete Eriksen
Stockholm Early Music Festival. June 5th at 12.00, Storkyrkosalen. Ticket price: 120 SEK. Admission: 15 minutes before the performance
